Enchiladas

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 can green chillies (4 oz can)
salt & pepper
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
Dash of tabasco or hot sauce
flour tortillas
1 small onion finely chopped
1 C grated cheddar cheese
Notes:
Boil hamburger salt and green chillies. Drain, reserving liquid. To liquid add tomato sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Roll in a flour tortilla, 1 T meat, 1 t onion, 1 T sauce. Place filled tortillas in a baking dish, top generously with sauce and cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
