Party Ham Loaf

4 cups ground pork (2 pounds)
8 cups ground ham
3 cups soft bread crumbs
2 cups chopped onion
4 large eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup milk
Combine and thoroughly  mix all ingredients.  Fill lightly oiled ring molds with mixture.  Invert mold on shallow baking pan, remove mold.  Bake in moderate oven (350 F.) for 1 1/4 hours.When the loaves have baked 45 minutes, brush with sweet-sour glaze:  Combine 1 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons prepared mustard with 4 tablespoons vinegar and 2 tablespoons water.  Baste loaves 3 or 4 times while baking. The ham loaves are good alone, or they can be served with a mustard sauce of mayonnaise and prepared mustard to taste.
